Method

  • Add your heavy cream and sugar into a bowl. Whisk the two together until it's whipped.(Make sure to not over-do it)
  • Slice your Genoise into 3 even layers.
  • Apply syrup on the first layer of Geniose to make it moist.
  • Start applying your fluffing/ whipped cream on your first layer.
  • Once it's even spread out on the first layer, start applying as many cut in half strawberries as you can
  • Start to evenly distribute another layer of fluffing on top of the strawberries until they're covered.
  • Repeat this process for the second layer of Genoise
  • Once you get to the final layer, cover the rest of the cake with fluffing
  • Put some fluffing in a piping bag and make a large shell border
  • Add a bunch of strawberries to fill up the middle
